Delivery

Germie ships its products from France (Coadout, Brittany) to mainland France, Monaco, the entire European Union, Guadeloupe and Martinique.

Delivery methods

Depending on your delivery country, two options are available:

• Pickup point: collect your parcel at a nearby pickup location (Mondial Relay, UPS Access Point or Chrono Relais depending on the country).
• Home delivery: available in every country we serve.

Free delivery

Pickup point delivery is free from EUR 45 of purchase for mainland France (Corsica included).

Rates

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the parcel weight. The exact amount is calculated and shown in your cart before payment. Indicative ranges for a light parcel:

• Mainland France: pickup point from EUR 4.90, home delivery from EUR 7.50
• Belgium and Luxembourg: pickup point from EUR 5.50, home delivery from EUR 12.50
• Spain: pickup point from EUR 7.50, home delivery from EUR 12.50
• Other European Union countries: home delivery from EUR 12.50, pickup point where the service exists
• Monaco: home delivery from EUR 7.90, pickup point from EUR 12.50
• Guadeloupe and Martinique: Colissimo Outre-mer from EUR 11.50

Indicative delivery times

• Mainland France: 2 to 4 business days
• European Union: 3 to 7 business days
• Guadeloupe and Martinique: 5 to 12 business days

These times are indicative and run from the shipment of your order.

Guadeloupe and Martinique

For orders billed to the French overseas departments, French VAT is not charged at checkout. Local taxes (VAT and octroi de mer) are collected by the carrier upon arrival of the parcel.

Islands

For some island destinations, a delivery surcharge may be requested before dispatch. We will contact you before shipping in that case.
